We have a range of sponsorship packages
One of the oldest civic societies in the country, our membership has grown in recent years and comprises some of the region’s leading architects, historians and landowners. However, our Society – like many other charities – has been hit very hard by rising costs – from wages, to room hire for our events – and we are increasingly dependent on donations in order to be able to continue our work. With the exception of one part-time member of staff, all our work is carried out by our trustees and two small groups of volunteers.
Locally-based businesses may wish to consider supporting us by taking up one of our corporate sponsorship packages.

How to get involved

Silver Corporate Membership (£250 annually – £700 for a three year sponsorship)
Anyone who signs up for this annual package will be listed on our website, with their logo as an official
sponsor. You will get a half page advertisement in our quarterly magazine for one year plus invitations for
you and two guests to come to some of our special events. You will also be included in any media releases
that we circulate about our work.
Gold Corporate Membership (£500 annually – £1200 for a three year sponsorship)
This annual package will give you or your company all the benefits of the silver package, along with a full
page advertisement in our magazine. You may also attend our events and bring up to four guests to our
events. We are also happy to include an appropriate editorial piece in our magazine about your support.
Platinum Corporate Membership (£1000 annually – £2500 for a three year sponsorship)
The platinum package includes all the benefits of the gold package, the opportunity to display
pop-ups/give out literature at our events plus invitations to our exclusive Christmas drinks event for you
and three guests.
Corporate Event Sponsor of one of our events, such as a lecture, or our annual Christmas reception.
In this case, a sponsoring company can position its banners around the perimeter
of the room and, if desired, have a representative in attendance. Contact us for further details.
